Ive lost 5 pounds and have stayed there for about a month. I did IF for a month and it really helped my body detox. My hair is now growing. My skin clearness up like crazy. I have less all over body fat and I feel good! IF isnt for the faint of heart tho. Its not a quick fix diet its a lifestyle. Its a great tool for fat loss yes but you have to find what works for you in order to stick to it. I do the 16:8 fast. Its 16 hours from 7:30pm-11:30am of fasting. Then I eat my days worth of calories
